Stewart Property Management managed my property as a rental for a few years while I was working outside the country. The service was exceptional all around. They took care of EVERYTHING: finding tenants, maintenance, billing, tax documents (NR6) etc. They even arranged and coordinated renovations I wanted to do before renting out the place. Don and Adriana were always very quick to respond to me, even after I moved back and was no longer paying for their services. The peace of mind they gave me was worth every penny.

Don and his team have managed an apartment for us over the last 3-4 years. They have provided excellent service. They managed all the day-to-day, week-to-week, month-to-month issues including tenant relationships, routine maintenance, liaison with the condo board. In short they took ALL the headaches out of renting out a property.
