I first became a landlord in 2001 after purchasing a duplex in Kemptville and have since built up a real estate portfolio of over 20 doors. Following the sale of my IT practice in 2016, I promptly launched Stewart Property Management. My deep involvement in the rental real estate market had evolved into a genuine passion. Being a landlord myself, has proven immensely advantageous for both SPM and our clients. Having accumulated years of firsthand experience before formally entering the industry, I’ve encountered and overcome a wide array of challenges. I thoroughly enjoy sharing my insights and lessons learned with our clients, assisting them in growing their real estate portfolios in Ottawa.

Hi, my name is Luiza. My professional journey began in the world of recruitment where I excelled in connecting individuals with opportunities that aligned with their skills and aspirations. While flourishing in recruitment, I discovered a passion for the real estate sector and the impact that a well-matched living space can have on an individual’s overall well-being. This realization sparked the idea that the principles of matchmaking applied in recruitment could seamlessly transition into the world of tenant sourcing. When I am not matching tenants with their dream homes and clients with their ideal tenants you can find me in the kitchen cooking healthy meals or spending time with my Vizsla, Oliver.
